Keys to love your job

autonomy you need to feel that you have a control of what you do - the effort you want to put and the kind of decision you are able to take. basically, how significant could i affect the outcome of what i do? the more significant your contribution, the more likely for you to love your job

complexity you also need to feel that the job challenges you. it requires you to think above and beyond what you probably have known so far, so it fuels your life-long learning journey.

a connection between effort and reward it is also important that you can feel that your work has paid off - or you get positive feedback from it.
